Aventura

AVENTURA

Aventura is a planned, suburban city in northeastern Miami-Dade County, Florida, 17 miles north of the city of Miami, FL, and part of the Miami metropolitan area. Aventura is known for its delis, the well known Turnberry golf and country club, sleek high-rises and luxurious single-family homes. It is also best known for its shopping center, the Aventura Mall, the third-largest mall in the United States. Located just minutes to the beach and Sunny Isles.

Brickel

BRICKELL

Brickell is considered Miami and South Florida’s major financial district. Brickell is also one of Miami’s most vibrant and upbeat urban neighborhoods. Glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars, grills, restaurants and shopping centers such as Brickell City Centre cater to the residential and business crowd. COCONUT GROVE

Coconut Grove is the oldest continuously inhabited neighborhood in Miami-Dade County, Florida. It is one of Miami’s most charming and attractive neighborhoods. Hugging the shoreline of Bisacayne Bay, Coconut Grove is conveniently located just 20 minutes to Miami’s International airport, and just a short ride to Coral Gables, Brickell and Downtown. CORAL GABLES

One of South Florida’s most sought-after shopping destinations featuring quality shops, art galleries, boutiques, restaurants and a live theater. DESIGN DISTRICT

The Design District is known for its sleek modern architecture, upscale interior design stores and art galleries. FORT LAUDERDALE

Fort Lauderdale is a city on Florida’s southeastern coast, known for its beaches and boating canals. The Strip is a promenade running along oceanside highway A1A. HOLLYWOOD
