The providing of such names shall not in any way be construed to be a recommendation, endorsement or warranty of any of the named service providers or vendors. The final choice of any service provider rests solely with you and you are free to choose any provider, whether the name appears on any list or not.
If the Property is designated as “Target Housing” within the meaning of Federal Lead Paint regulations (e.g., housing constructed prior to 1978). renovation, certain repairs and/or painting work which disturbs painted surfaces must be performed by a Lead Safe Certified Contractor. Neither Coldwell Banker nor your sales associate has determined whether any of the vendors listed below have such certification. Please view the EPA’s website at http://cfpub.epa.gov/flpp/searchrrp_firm.htm to confirm the Certification status of any vendor and to search for Lead Safe Certified Contractors in your area.
Should you elect to choose any of the providers listed above, in doing so you agree to (a) rely solely on information that you have obtained directly from the vendor or sources other than Coldwell Banker to determine their qualifications, licensure, insurance, etc. and (b) hold Coldwell Banker and its representatives harmless from any claims or damages resulting from such providers’ action or inactions. Nothing herein shall limit or modify the provisions of the “Other Service and Settlement Service Provider” paragraph in your Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement or the “Service Providers” paragraph of your Buyer’s Disclosure and Acknowledgement, as applicable.
