We are responding to a request for an evaluation of the performance of Eva Oliver and David Sporn as realtors. We selected her and her associate, David Sporn, in early December 2023 to be our realtors for the sale of our condo apartment because we had known David for over 25 years and respected his record.

We were immediately impressed with Eva's and David’s knowledge of the process and their ability to explain it to us.
From signing of the realtor contract through closing in mid February 2024 Eva and David took the lead in regularly keeping us apprised of progress and timing and explanations of those tasks that we needed to complete. They were always very prompt, patient and respectful in responding to our requests for info and/or instructions. They always sought our approval for times to show the apartment and gave us as much advanced notice as possible.
The sale of the condo was undertaken because as seniors with some medical issues we needed a different environment.
In addition to being a competent realtors Eva and David appeared to understand the emotional impact and she was patient in her working with us.

It should also be noted that the team delivered a sale price very close to David's prediction and at the top of the market at that time.
